PMT Mode and PMT Value

 

PMT Mode refers to the boosting mode of the photomultiplier. PMT Value can be entered in 

manual mode, the range is 0

～

900V.   

Open  the  cover  plate  of  the  sample  room,  the  high  voltage  will  automatically  switch  off. 

Close the cover plate and it is necessary to reset in the interface of “Setting”.

EX WL and EM WL can be selected from 200nm to 900nm; 
Calibration: Standard sample fitting, “Manual Fitting” can be selected, fitting method:

                                    Fitting Coefficient: A0, A1, A2 and A3; 

                                    “Force Zero” can be selected (machine fitting). 

Replicates: Standard 1~100; 

                Sample 1~100. 

Sample Concentration:  Lower  limit and upper limit can be set and concentration unit
