3.9 Quantitation Measurement 

At the end of initialization and the status of the instrument is “Ready”, click “Quantitation” 

in the left of the main function bar to enter the function interface of Quantitation measurement, 

as shown in Figure 3-49.

3.9.1 Parameters Setting 

Click “Setting” button in the toolbar on the right of “Quantitation” to input the parameters.
