Save As
Save the spectrum as the corresponding type as needed.
Instrument:
Click “Instrument”, there are 5 submebus: “EM Wavelength Shift”, “EX Wavelength Shift”,
“Concentration Measurement”, “Search Instrument” and “Initialize”.

EM Wavelength Shift, EX Wavelength Shift
EM, EX wavelength shortcut setting options. Click them and set the correspongding
wavelength as needed. As shown in Figure 3-12.

Concentration Measurement
Click “Concentration Measurement”, the below dialog box appears. As shown in
Figure 3-13. The displayed results of concentration measurement is fluorescence energy value.
Select whether to measure or deduct the background (or blank) as required.
If it is necessary to deduct the background (or blank) for measurement, put the
background (or blank) solution in the sample room, and click “Background Measurement” to
