Overlay from a File

Select the spectra you want to overlay. When selecting the spectra, note that we can only

select the spectra that scan mode and data mode are the same.

After overlaying the spectra, the interface is shown in Figure 3-5. Different spectra are

displayed in different colors on the interface. Select the data to display from the right side of the

interface as needed (Data 1-1 or Data 1-2).

Using the mouse or the keyboard to move the red cursor in the spectra, the corresponding

data will be marked in the data table on the right side, and the color mark belts on the top of the

spectra will show the fluorescence intensity values of the two spectra. As shown in Figure 3-6.
