Disinfection Certificate
A disinfection certificate label

be completed and attached to the top of the
package
(visible from the outside of the shipping container!)
in which the
instrument is returned, before shipping it to the service center for service or repair.
The instrument
MUST
be disinfe
cted at the operating authority’s site.
The disinfection procedure must be performed in a well-ventilated room by
authorized and trained personnel wearing disposable powder-free gloves,
protective glasses, and protective clothing.
The disinfection procedure should be performed according to national, regional,
and local regulations.
