1) Check where magenta belongs among rows E~H within the portion

2) In this example, magenta is printed on the row F. When magenta is printed on the row E or F,
refer to the upper print sample.
When row G or H, refer to the lower print sample.
3) Check where a magenta aligns with the black line (indicated by

). Read the scale of the position
(indicated by

4) Enter the alpha-numerics obtained in steps 1) through 3) into the Head Adjust display. In this case,
enter F7.
5) The values for cyan and yellow are obtained in the same way.
