10. Maintenance

Replacing the tires

If it is necessary to replace the tires, the operator must follow the steps below:
1.  Underpin the equipment (A);
2.  Totally lift the row units. For your safety, underpin the cylinders using the transport 

locks as mentioned on the 'setting the equipment to transport position' page;

3.  If there is any row marker, it must be locked using the transport lock (B);
4.  Loosen up the nuts (C) that fasten the wheel to the hub;
5.  Totally retreat the wheel support cylinder (D) and lock it using a pin (E) and lock pin;
6.  Totally unscrew the nuts (C) that fasten the wheel (F) and remove it;
7.  Repair/replace the tire;
8.  Carry out the previous steps in reverse order to assemble the tire on the hub.
