7. Adjustments and operations

Furrow opening

The furrow opening is made using unaligned double discs. The disk that has the function

to cut the straw (stubble) is the one that is coupled to the rim, the other one performs the

furrow opening for the seeds and fertilizer.

NOTE

- In case there is a very thick or hard-to-cut layer, we recommend using a 14" disc

blade to support the unaligned double discs during the job.

NOTE

- The unaligned double discs feature adjustable internal scrapers (A). The disc blades

also feature them (B).
