The available settings have the following meaning:
FTA Free To Air (free channels)
D Digital (digital channels)
SCR Scrambled (encoded channels)
To cancel the scanning at any time, press
.
It is also possible to launch the scanning process from the Installation menu. For this
purpose it contains the menu items Scan Mode and Satellite Scan.
- Press the button on the remote
control to go to the Main Menu.

Select the menu option Installation
using the or buttons.

Press to go to the Installation menu.

Press or to select the menu option
Scan Mode and then a combination of
FTA, SCR and D (see above
description).
- Press the button on the remote
control to go to the Satellite Scan menu
option.

Press and then or to select the
satellite you want to scan from the menu
that appears.

Press to start the scanning process.
The scan is performed automatically, and any found channels will be stored into the
channel list. During this process a progress indicator appears with a table of all available
TV and radio channels that have been found. This process may take a few minutes.
