Alternatively, you can choose Tools > Voicemail Manager to display the
Voicemail Manager window, and then click Reset Mailboxes .
2. Select one or more mailboxes to delete their greetings, messages and
passwords.
3. Select the Delete Directory name check box to delete the names recorded
for the dial-by-name directory from these mailboxes as well.
4. Click Reset Checked . The greetings, messages and passwords (and
optionally names for the dial-by-name directory) are deleted from the
selected mailboxes.
CALL HANDLING
Call Handling contains the following items:
• Modes
• Auto Attendant
• Telephone Lines
• VoIP Numbers
• Local Extensions
• Remote Extensions
• Extension Ring Groups
Note that Call Handling > VoIP Numbers is only present if the TalkSwitch
units have VoIP ports.
