— The TalkSwitch unit ID.

Total Unit Time

— The amount of recording time in the TalkSwitch unit.

Auto Attendant Usage

— The amount of time used by the auto attendant

messages. This is the same for each TalkSwitch unit, because the system
copies the auto attendant messages to each unit.

•

Voicemail Usage

— The amount of time used by voicemail messages.

•

Call Back/Directory

— The amount of time used by call back messages,

and by recorded names in the dial-by-name directory.

•

Music-On-Hold

— The amount of time used by music on hold. This is the

same for each TalkSwitch unit, because the system copies the music on
hold to each unit.

•

Unit Time Available

— The amount of available recording time in the

TalkSwitch unit.

Resetting mailboxes

Resetting mailboxes deletes greetings, messages and passwords from the
selected local extension, remote extension and general mailboxes. You can
optionally delete the names recorded for the dial-by-name directory from
these mailboxes as well.
