Chapter 3  How to Perform Embroidery

1.

Turn off the machine's power switch.

2.

Pull out the power plug from the outlet.

To check the tension of the upper thread, the thread lock needs to be in the raised position as 
shown below. It cannot be checked properly if the thread lock is not raised.

3.3.3 Turning off the machine's power

Caution

When you need to cycle power to the machine, turn off the power, wait at least 5 seconds or more, 
then turn it back on.
