Restoring the Sentinel Pro Configuration to its Factory Settings
This procedure may be required if no connection can be established with the
Sentinel Pro unit, or if the IP address of the unit got lost. Use the procedure to reset the
Sentinel Pro IP address and net mask parameters to the factory default.
To reset the Sentinel Pro configuration to its factory settings:

Insert a pointed tool into the reset hole located on the Sentinel Pro front panel
(see
Figure 6 on page 14 ). The unit is restarted with the factory settings.

Access the Sentinel Pro Web portal as described in
Getting Started , page 29
.
Your computer must be connected to the same subnet as the Sentinel Pro,
and be configured in accordance with the Sentinel Pro net mask.

On the Sentinel Pro Setup page, redefine and apply parameters as required.
This procedure resets the Sentinel Pro and all its endpoints and may cause interruption
of calls and services in the system.
This procedure resets the IP address and net mask parameters on the Sentinel Pro
Setup page to their factory default values. Configured parameter values are not saved.
