Pro Exterior Description

Top Side
The top side is part of the cover. No space needs to be maintained above the unit cover
for maintenance purposes; however, do not place anything on the Sentinel Pro cover
as this may deflect the cover and cause a short-circuit in the power supply.
A red caution label is affixed on the top side. To avoid electrical hazard, the label
specifies that power must be disconnected before servicing.
Side Panels
The side panels include ventilation holes that allow warm air from the Sentinel Pro
unit to flow outwards. Do not block the side panels of the unit.
Bottom Panel
The bottom panel includes five circular indentations that mark where the five rubber
supports are to be affixed when the unit is mounted onto a table (see
). No space needs to be maintained beneath the bottom panel;
the Sentinel Pro unit can be positioned directly above other equipment.
A label affixed on the bottom panel specifies the following:
Catalog Number of the Sentinel Pro unit
TUV symbol, CE notation, and WEEE marking
Three Sentinel Pro MAC addresses (only the first address is used)
FCC15 compliance statement
Fire Hazard. Placing objects on top of the Sentinel Pro unit may impact the power
supply and could result in fire.
Fire Hazard. The side panel ventilation holes are designed to allow warm air to flow out
of the unit. Placing objects adjacent to the side panels of the unit will interfere with the
heat dissipation process and could result in fire.
