Operation
Switching on and off
The sub-woofer includes functions which switch it on and off automatically via
the music signal or a control (trigger) voltage. It can also be switched on and
off using the remote control handset supplied in the set.
Briefly pressing the

button switches the sub-woofer on or off.
Muting
Briefly pressing the

button mutes the sub-woofer when it is operating.
Switching the screen off
The integral screen can also be switched off entirely if you wish: a long press
on the

button switches the screen off; a further long press on the

button switches the screen back on again.
Adjusting settings
All the relevant parameters can be adjusted in order to fine-tune the sub-woofer
to match the characteristics of the listening room exactly.
This is the procedure for adjusting the settings:

First call up the setting which you wish to alter by pressing the appropriate
button on the remote control handset.

The corresponding value can then be adjusted using the

/

buttons.
Volume setting
(level adjustment)
If you wish to adjust the level of the sub-woofer relative to that of the primary
speakers, first press the

button: the screen displays the current value.
You can now adjust the level using the  /  buttons. Briefly
pressing one of the buttons increases or reduces the volume by one increment.
Holding the buttons pressed in alters the volume continuously. The current
value is automatically stored.

If the sub-woofer is in normal operating mode, i.e. no setting is currently selec-
ted, the volume can be adjusted directly using the
 /  buttons, i.e.
without previously pressing the

button.
