MAINS SWITCH / MAINS SOCKET

The mains switch acts as a mains isolation switch, i.e. it switches the sub-
woofer off permanently.


Caution!
Even when the display is switched off parts of the machine remain
connected to the mains power supply (Standby mode). The stand-by
current drain is stated in the chapter entitled 'Technical Specification'.
If the unit is not to be used for a long period we recommend that you
isolate it from the mains by pulling out the mains plug at the wall socket.
If the machine is switched off using the mains switch the energy
consumption is 0 Watt. When switched off in this way, the unit cannot be
switched on again using the remote control handset. If you wish to switch
the unit on, first move the mains switch to the '1' position.
