A Sample Text Session
The simplest way to explain the use and the associated options and
effects of the text tool is to use an example and create some fancy
text for a label. Once you understand the steps involved, you'll be
able to experiment and create virtually any effect you want.
Step 1 – Entering the Text
Click the Text tool and move the cursor to approximately
where you want the text to be placed.
Now click again in the area to the right where the words “Text” are
located and clear the letters out, now type the word “Bombastic”
notice the real time preview as the letters change as you type into
the text box.
The text is small and not very impressive. In the next few steps
we'll adjust it to look much nicer.
