Patterns and Gradients
In addition to solid and transparent colors, objects can be filled with
an image, gradients, and patterns. An image is a graphic file on
your computer (such as the included clipart or your own image). A
gradient is a combination of colors where one color gradually shifts
to another color. A pattern is a bitmap such as crosshatching,
diagonal lines, etc. To apply any of these to an object, simply
right-click on the object to see the following image:
