The "INFRA" gas-tight radiant module consists of a U-shaped tube, inside of which the combustion of a gase
-
ous component (methane gas, LPG) takes place, bringing the external surface to the average temperature of
approximately 350°C. The operating temperature is reached in a few minutes. The control, mixing, combus
-
tion, ignition and air intake systems are enclosed in a sealed container, installed at the head of the delivery
pipe. The exhaust fan is installed at the top of the return pipe. As the air intake and fume exhaust ducts are
continuously connected from the module head to the outside of the building, there is no communication be
-
tween the combustion chamber and the internal environment; this fact is a guarantee of maximum safety. The
radiant tube is covered along its entire length (6, 9, 12, 15 meters) by a mirrored surface with the purpose of
reflecting down the thermal radiation emitted by the pipe itself. This surface can also be equipped with rock
wool insulation on top (version called RBT). Control of efficient conditions within the environment is performed
by sensitive infra-red thermostats positioned in the immediate vicinity of the work area and placed on an elec
-
trical panel designed to act with on-off command on one or multiple modules simultaneously. This offers the
possibility of being able to warm, alternatively, the entire environment or individual areas that can even be at
different temperatures from each other.

1) Overlay the mat (D) with the reflective
hoods
2) Overlap the upper hood (C) with the
mat and reflective hood
3) Secure the elements with the split pins
through the central holes (B)
4) Combine the hoods together connecting
them together by inserting the clip into
the external holes (A).
