INSTALLATION
PHASE 2
2) Assemble the pipes starting from the elbow:
- locate the supply tube (burner) and the return
pipe (extractor)
- insert the elbow and secure it all with the screws
on the elbow itself;
- secure the bend using 2 self-tapping screws (one
per tube) as shown in fig. 4.8.
3)
For the models INFRA 9 ES, INFRA 9 ES-R,
INFRA 12 ES, INFRA 12 ES-R, INFRA 15 ES
:
fit the sleeves always securing them with the
screws supplied, carefully inserting the tubes
until they are locked in the sleeve (D = approx
-
imately 110 mm), possibly with a hammer, be
-
ing careful to place a piece of wood between the
hammer and sleeve (see fig. 4.9).

4) Fit the burner and extractor according to the
model, as shown below.
- Secure the burner to the end of the supply pipe
and fix the extractor to the return pipe (fig. 4.11
and fig. 4.12). Also refer to paragraph 3.4, on
page 15
- Make sure that the radiant circuit is correctly po
-
sitioned with the correct measurement to the pre
-
viously positioned brackets, as shown in fig. 4.7.
Important
The tubes must be inserted into the burn-
er and intake couplings as far as the end
point edges.
Important
Pay attention to the stickers (A, B, C and
V) on the supply and return pipes for the
exact diffusion (see figures from 3.7 to
3.15 from page 17 to page 25).
Important
In the INFRA ES 12 models, the first burn
-
er placed on the burner side is already
fixed to the exchanger pipes (see figures
3.12, 3.13 and 3.14 on pages 22, 23 and 24.
