4 INSTALLATION AND ASSEMBLY
Combustible materials in storage must be located at
a distance from the radiant tube such as to prevent
the reaching of dangerous temperatures. Laboratory
experiments have shown that combustible materials,
(surface = 0.5 m²) placed at a distance

temperatures that are considered dangerous.

4.1 PRELIMINARY OFFLOADING OPERATIONS
Offloading from the material handling vehicles and transfer to the place of installation must be carried out with
means that are adequate for the configuration of the load and weight.
All operations for lifting and transporting materials must be carried out by expert and informed personnel
regarding the operating procedures of the intervention and the prevention and protection regulations to be
implemented. Material handling must be carried out according to the methods described in this manual.
WARNING
Perform the unloading operation with the help of appropriate equipment and / or individual
protection devices according to current legislation.
Use protective gloves, helmets and safety shoes for unloading operations in
accordance with current legislation.
Use protective gloves, harnesses, eye protection,
helmet and safety shoes for installation in accord-
ance with current legislation.
4.2
DISTANCE FROM COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS AND OTHER EQUIPMENT
Important
Entrust all installation operations to professionally qualified responsible personnel in compli

ance with current national and local regulations in force in the country where the system is
installed and as indicated in this manual.

During installation operations, personnel must be equipped with individual protection devices
according to current legislation.
