Order Cod. 1902503003

3.1.2 Digital Inputs

status display page

Digital Inputs

 0000000000000000

Displays the instantaneous status of the 16 digital inputs

(from IN_16 to IN_1 reading from left to right)

1:

active input

0:

inactive input

3.1.3 Digital Outputs

status display page

Digital Outputs

 0000000000000000

Displays  the  instantaneous  status  of  the  16  digital

outputs (from OUT_16 to OUT_1 reading from left to

right)

1:

active output

0:

inactive output

3.1.4 Power voltages display page

V1:000V  V2:000V

V3:000V  V4:000V

Displays  the  power  voltage  applied  to  the  various

axes.

The voltage is measured in volts with an accuracy of

± 3V.
If the power supply terminals are not connected or the

ends are not connected to the discharge resistors, it is

typical to display a voltage of about 10V due to internal

pull-ups.
Voltage V1 and V2 come from ter V12 of the

terminal board; voltage V3 and V4 come from terminals

+  V34  of  the  front  terminal  board:  if  the  voltages

between the pairs V1 - V2 and V3 - V4 differ significantly

check the terminal board fuses.

The drive always stays live even for a long time when
the power supply is disconnected.
Do not rely on the reading displayed on this page
for maintenance operations: one must measure the
voltage actually on the terminals by means of special
multimeters.
Do not disconnect the terminal board with voltage
present.

 Attention!

Dangerous internal active live parts.

      Attention!

Parties actives internes à haute tension

dangereuses.

3.1.5 Dissipator temperature

display page

T1:  27C  T2: 28C

T3:  27C  T4: 24C

Displays (in degrees Celsius) the internal temperature

of the power dissipators with an accuracy of ± 3V.

N.B.!

T

i

temperatures are not rigidly associated to the

i-th axis; T1 and T2 are two temperatures read

inside the only dissipator associated to axes 1 and

2; T3 and T4 are two temperatures read inside the

only dissipator associated to axes 3 and 4.

3.1.6 Jumpers J2..J5

display page

J2=OFF  J3=OFF

J4=OFF  J5=OFF

This page allows to know whether jumpers J2 .. J5 are

inserted (ON) or not (OFF).
At the moment, the position of these jumpers DOES NOT

affect the behavior of the axes management firmware

and  this  page  is  only  required  for  tests  during  drive

production.

3.2 Configuration sub-menu

As already mentioned previously, by pressing the

8

   key

on the axes status page one can access a display/editing

sub-menu.
If one is on a page that displays a modifiable parameter
and one presses the

8

    key, it switches to

edit mode

as mentioned, one can use the arrows to edit the value
of the parameter and confirm the value by pressing the

8

key; while pressing the   ESC  key cancels the editing

in progress.

Pressing either the

8

key or the  ESC  key exits the

parameter editing mode; if, however, the parameter in
question is actually part of a complex parameter (i.e.,
the IP address or subnet mask) pressing the

8

   key

switches to the next portion of the parameter, until the
entire complex parameter has been completed (or one
has not pressed   ESC   thus cancelling the editing of
the entire parameter).
