Mechanism installation – 8
1 Attach the galvanometer module to
the mechanism parts; make sure that
the screws are tightened. Please design the lock
accessories according to actual
application requirements.
For installation, please refer to
the hole site in the simple
installation manual.
Avoid touching the lens with your
fingers when installing, and
make sure the lens are clean.
2 Adjust the distance from the
galvanometer module to the
machining plane,
which is equivalent to the working
distance (WD) of a flat-field lens. See
the specification for flat-field lens.
Installing on movable manual or
automatic screw rods is
recommended
The focal length can be adjusted
when the workpiece is replaced.
5.2 Laser source
5.2.1 Exterior
The laser source usually has a collimator. Please aim the collimator at the light inlet behind the
galvanometer module. Make sure the installation is collimating, so as to ensure that marking can
operate normally in the whole range.
The collimators with different laser sources may vary in size, as shown below. The machine plant or
system integrator itself needs to fabricate and install locked plates according to the differences in
collimators.
