7.2 Laser source control settings
7.2.1 Parameter setting
Pr3401: Maximum voltage of laser sources(mV)
Some laser sources regulate power through analog voltage, usually 0~5V or 0~10V
If the maximum laser source voltage is 5V, it is set to 5000, which is more commonly used in SPI
laser
Pr3402: Laser source type, 1: SPI 2: IPG, Brimo, Bloombase, Raycus, and Chuangxin
The Syntec controller provides the way of parameter setting and switching laser source power
modulation, which is divided into digital modulation and analog modulation.
The common laser source interface specifications are as follows. Basically, they can be classified
into two categories:
Digital modulation energy: such as IPG, Raycus, Chuangxin, Brimo, and Bloombase.
The 8 O points correspond to the energy changes of order 256 (the permutations of 2 to the eighth
power), as shown in the example.
