Basic elimination methods:
Use sensitive paper first to confirm
that there is no laser marking,
otherwise, the possible cause is that
the focal length is not adjusted well,
leading to mistaken assumption
If no laser marking, the following
corresponding elimination methods
are adopted:
Wiring problem
Check whether the wire is properly
connected
Confirm whether the standard
25pin wire is used, and test if the
wire is abnormal using the wire of
the same standard
Use an avometer and other
equipment to confirm whether the
wire pins are properly connected
Poor image and laser parameter
setting
Confirm whether laser
power is set too low
(<10%), resulting in
unstable laser output
Confirm if the marking
pattern is all white,
resulting in judgement of
no laser output
Laser source failure
The state of the laser
source can be checked by
the diagnostic variable
point I combined with the
laser source manual, with
elimination done
according to the
instruction of the manual
Confirm whether the laser
output is normal by using
an avometer or
oscilloscope.
