To change the log level

In the Symantec Management Console, on the Settings menu, click All
Settings.

In the left pane, click Remote Management > Out of Band Management >
Configuration Service Settings > General.

Under Log Options, in the Log level drop-down list, click the log level that
you want.
For example, click Detailed verbose to see the most detailed information in
the logs.
