Description 

The Airmar PB200/200WX sensor measures (or calculates) several meteorological parameters, 
including wind speed, wind direction, barometric pressure, air temperature, relative humidity, 
and dew point, as well as GPS position (LAT/LON) and UTC time. The Xpert “PB200” setup 
block enables you to read these parameters into the Xpert for further processing and/or logging. 
The following sections describe how to wire and configure the sensor for use with the Xpert.  

Wiring 

Connect the PB200/200WX sensors to an RS232 or RS485 serial port. Connect the sensor as 
shown in the table, below.
