SSxDSL-5 IDSL Module

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number is required 
before any product may be shipped to Sunrise Telecom for repair. 
Out-of-warranty  repairs  require  both  an  RMA  and  a  Purchase 
Order before the unit is returned. All repairs are warranted for 
90 days.
