Sect. 6.6.3 HYDRAULIC OIL FILTER CARTRIDGE REPLACEMENT

IMPORTANT!!! IT IS COMPULSORY TO REPLACE THE OIL FILTER CARTRIDGE.
The oil filter cartridge must be replaced after the first 50 hours of operation and subsequently every 250 hours.
If the pressure gauge indicates a vacuum level above - 0.4 BAR (fig. 1, part A ), the expected replacement interval (250) no
longer applies and the cartridge must be replaced immediately to prevent pump failure . To replace the cartridge, follow the
steps below:
step 1 - take the tap lever
(fig. 2, part B ) and screw (fig. 2, part C ) that are bagged in the tool box (the tap is supplied
disassembled form the lever for safety reasons to prevent accidental closing which can damage the pump);
step 2 - screw the tap lever in place
(fig. 3) and close the circuit (fig. 4) . Replace the cartridge after filling it with oil.
step 3 - close the tap (fig. 5) to reset the circuit, remove the tap lever ( fig. 6) and put it back in the tool box with the screw

The oil filter (fig. 8) (code for
complete spare filter 99004002; code
for filter cartridge 99011019) is
connected to the hydraulic pump of
the services and is used to keep the
system clean.
The filter is equipped with a pressure
gauge (spare part code 99011099)
which indicates when time has come
to replace the cartridge.
