MACHINE UNLOADING WITH CHAINS
Warning:
load the machine on vehicles that are suitable for carrying the machine weight.
Use the four eyebolts located on top of the mixing body. Follow the instructions provided in the diagram below and use
adequate equipment for all operations which can carry the weight stated on the identification plate.
1.
Take the machine from the warehouse and carry it to the loading bay.
2.
Select a hoisting chain to match the load you need to lift.
3.
Make sure the coupling points on the wagon are secure (welded joints...).
4.
Couple the chains correctly (Fig. 1).
5.
Remove the wooden wedges from the wagon wheels (part A) and all the ropes (part C).
6.
Make sure that nobody is standing within the unloading area.
7.
Make sure the support surface is secure and enough space is available around the unloading bay.
8.
Lift the wagon and unload it on the ground until the wheels and drawbar sit on the ground (Fig. 2).
9.
Climb on the wagon (with a suitable tool such as a stepladder, etc.) and release the chains from the overhead crane.
10.
Lift the chains above the wagon and move the overhead crane out of the unloading area.

If the machine is not type-approved for transport on public roads, it must be hauled on a vehicle.
Machine loading is a dangerous operation and must be performed by skilled workers.

MACHINE LOADING WITH CHAINS
Warning:

instructions provided in the diagram below and use adequate equipment
which can carry the weight stated on the identification plate during all
required operations.
1.
Take the machine from the warehouse and carry it to the loading bay.
2.
Move the overhead crane or other suitable loading tool to the loading
bay.
3.
Select a hoisting chain to match the load you need to lift.
4.
Make sure the coupling points on the wagon are secure (welded joints).
5.
Couple the chains correctly (fig. 1).
6.
Make sure that nobody is standing within the lifting area.
7.
Make sure that the support surface is secure and enough space is available
around the loading bay.
8.
Lift the wagon and load it on the truck bed in order to let the wheels and drawbar sit
on it (fig. 2).
9.
Climb on the wagon (with a suitable tool such as a stepladder, etc.) and remove the chains
of the overhead crane.
10.
Lift the chains above the wagon and move the overhead crane out of the loading area.
11.
Place and secure wooden wedges under the wagon wheels (part A) and position a support under the drawbar (part
B); tie the machine with 4 ropes (part C) using the supplied couplings shown in the decals.
12.
Make sure the truck driver has secured the wagon firmly to the truck bed (part C).
13.
Drive the truck out of the loading bay and make sure nobody is within the truck path.
