Getriebeöl wechseln
Motor laufen lassen, bis sich das Getrie-
beöl auf Betriebstemperatur erwärmt
hat.
- Chassis antriebsseitig anheben und mit
Kanthölzern sichern.
- Antrieb so weit drehen, daß die
Ablaßschraube (1) hinten am dem
Chassis zu sehen ist.
- Einfüllschraube (2) herausschrauben.
- Mit einer zusammendrückbaren Pla-
stikflasche und einem Schlauch Öl in
das Getriebe füllen.
- Öl bis zur Unterkante der Bohrung auf-
füllen.
- Einfüllschraube wieder zuschrauben.
Schmiermittel siehe Betriebsstoffemp-
fehlung. Getriebeöl Füllmenge: 3,75
Liter.
Hydraulikölbehälter - Belüf-
tungsfilter wechseln
- Gabelzinken auf den Boden absenken.
- Batteriestecker abziehen, um die Stromver-
sorgung zum Sitzschalter zu unterbechen.
- Klappe auf dem Motorraum entriegeln.
- Sitz nach hinten schieben.
- Klappe zum Lenkrad hin aufklappen.
- Belüftungsfilter (3) herausziehen und
entsorgen.
- Neuen Belüftungsfilter anschrauben.
Maintenance yearly or
every 2000 hours
Drain and refill gearbox
Run the truck to warm the oil in the
gearbox.
- Raise the power unit chassis and block
under.
- Rotate the drive unit until the drain plug
(2) is accessible under the rear chassis.
- Drain the oil into a tray.
- Clean and fit the drain plug.
- Rotate the drive unit to gain access to
the filler plug (1) from the rear of the
truck.
- Remove the filler plug (1).
- Use a squeezable plastic bottle and a
length of flexible tubing to fill the gear-
box.
- Top up until the oil is level with the bot-
tom of the filler hole.
- Fit the filler plug. See lubricants list for
recommended grade of oil. Gearbox
capacity 3.75 Litres.
Hydraulic reservoir - renew
breather filter
- Fully lower the forks.
- Unplug the seat switch electrical supply.
- Undo the motor cover lock.
- Slide the seat back
- Lift and tilt the cover assembly towards
the steering wheel.
- Pull out the breather/filler cap (3) and
discard.
- Fit new filler cap.
