64. Fit and tack glue the leading edge web W7 to the front of ribs W3, W4, and
W5. Note:
Ensure that the arrow at the end of W7 points toward the center
of the wing.
65. Fit and tack glue the leading edge W8 to the tabs on the leading edge web
W7.
Note: Ensure that the arrow on the end of W8 pints toward the center
of the wing.
66. Fit the sub-rib W9 to the slots in the spar and leading edge web between
ribs W3 and W4.
67. Fit the sub-rib W10 to the slots in the spar and leading edge between ribs
W4 and W5.
68. Fit diagonal brace W11 between rib W3 and sub-rib W9. The back of the
diagonal will fit in the angle created by rib W3 and the main spar W1. The
tip of the diagonal will fit in the slot in the leading edge web W7.
69. Fit the remaining diagonal braces W12, W13, and W14 between the ribs and
sub-ribs as pictured. Hold the wing down on a flat surface and bond all ribs,
spars, diagonals, leading and trailing edges with medium CA.
70. Repeat step 59 through 69 to build the
right
half of the wing.
71. Hold the center section ribs W3 down on a flat surface. Fit and bond center
trailing edge part W15 between ribs W3 and trailing edge parts W6a.
