Select Enable service to enable it. Deselect it to disable it.

Select “Use cost center” to require users to enter a cost center
number before requesting the service.

Enter the email address associated with the service. This email
recipient is notified when the service is requested and whenever the
reservation changes.

Choose “Text-based form” or “HTML form.”
To set up a service menu in RoomWizard:

Go to Setup > Services > Management.

Select Enable service.

Enter a name for the service.

Click “Edit” to edit service options.
