Note that the boot delay is increased to 120s in order to ensure that in case of loss of power the master
is started before the slave.
This section describes how to configure the user access to the device.
There are 3 different levels of user access available:

content : Controls the access to the content server, i.e. port 81 of the device

monitoring : Controls the access to the logs and the snapshot

admin : Controls the access to HMP Control Center and to the RPC interface. The admin user
also has access to the content and the monitoring area.
Note that setting a password for users others than admin and setting no password for admin user
offers no protection as the passwords can be changed by anyone having network access to the HMP.
Modified in 3.1.0 firmware release.
Removes or sets a new password for a user on the HMP. Passwords can be set by sending them in clear
text or by sending the digest.
This command must include the following parameter.

<username>
Username to modify. Must be one of the following: admin, content, monitoring. If no
other parameter is present, then the command removes the protection for the
specified user.

<password>
Specify a password in clear text for the specified user.

<digest>
Specify a digest password for the specified user. A ‘realm’ attribute can also be
provided as follows:

For admin user: "Administrative Area", "Content Area" and "Monitoring Area".

For content user: "Content Area", "Administrative Area" (see note).

For monitoring user: "Monitoring Area", "Administrative Area" (see note).
Note: Since firmware 3.1 .0, “Administrative Area” realm is also supported for the
content and monitoring users; this allows using some RPC commands for non-
admin users.
