3.2

Unpacking and disposal of packaging materials

The machine is shipped with a variety of packaging materials. The Customer is
obliged to dispose of them in accordance with established local legislation.
The following packaging materials are used:

z

cardboard;

z

tape;

z

extensible film;

z

pluriballs;

z

wood;

z

steel nails and screws;

z

PE barrier bags;

z

OPP straps marked Sottoriva;

z

PU foam.

3.3

Installation area

The area in which the machine is to be installed, given that it is designed for the
production and cooking of bakery products, must:

z

permit access for the passage of the largest parts of the machine;

z

be constructed in accordance with established legislation;

z

have a flat, even floor capable of supporting the weight of the machine;

z

be adequately illuminated inasmuch as insufficient or excessive lighting is
hazardous;

z

allow for adequate circulation of fresh air;

z

be equipped with an electrical system which complies with established
legislation, especially as regards the ground system and electrical cabinet with
its short circuit and overload equipment.

The nominal installed power of the machine is indicated on its nameplate, which is
located as shown in

Fig. 2

on page 5.
