PAPER LOAD ERROR
Detection block: PE sensor (PE-42/43 board) and PJ sensor (PE-44 board)
Contents:
Jamming occurred during paper load.
Possible cause 1: Print paper jamming
Possible cause 2: Defective or dirty PE sensor (PE-42 board) and PJ sensor (PE-44 board)
Possible cause 3: Dirty or worn roller for transporting print paper or defective block around a roller
Possible cause 4: Defective stepping motor or drive block
PAPER EJECT ERROR
Detection block: PE sensor (PE-42/43 board), PJ sensor (PE-44 board), and cutter position right/left
detection switch (cutter unit)
Contents: During paper eject, jamming occurred or paper was not correctly cut.
Possible cause 1: Print paper jamming
Possible cause 2: Defective or dirty PE sensor (PE-42 board) and PJ sensor (PE-44 board)
Possible cause 3: Dirty or worn roller for transporting print paper or defective block around a roller
Possible cause 4: Defective stepping motor or drive block
Possible cause 5: Cutter unit-related defects

MEDIA, or HP TO PRINT of Detail 2.
