Chapter 3 Basic Usage
“LCD Contrast” appears.

While pressing the [MENU] button, press the V and v buttons to adjust
LCD contrast, then press the [ENTER] button.
As you make the contrast adjustment, watch the appearance of characters
displayed on the LCD panel.
Pressing the V button together with [MENU] darkens the LCD panel, while
pressing the v button makes it brighter.

When “[ENTER] to activate”
appears, press the [ENTER] button.
The brightness of the LCD panel is
now set. The display returns to
“LCD Contrast”.

Press the [CANCEL] button twice to return to the status display.
Disabling the Buttons on the Front Panel
To prevent accidentally pressing the power standby switch and the control
buttons, you can disable the buttons on the front panel. Use a browser to disable
the buttons in the Library Administration Menu.

Administration Menu” (page 63).
