Each time you press  /  , the unit plays
the main part of the selected track.
If you press ENTER, the unit starts playing
the selected track from its beginning.
Note
Depending on the characteristics of a track, the unit
may place it into a channel different from your own
impression, or the unit may select the wrong part as a
track’s main part.
Tip
When Radio Music or Radio Talk channel is selected, the
unit plays the track from the beginning, not the main part.
To use Music Surfin’
If you press the blue, red, green, or yellow button
while playing a channel of the “SensMe™ Channels”
function, the unit creates the following temporary
channels from the tracks in the HDD Jukebox.

ARTIST (blue) button : ARTIST channel
containing tracks by the currently selected
artist.

YEAR (red) button : YEAR channel containing
tracks from the same era as the currently
selected track.

MOOD (green) button : MOOD channel
containing tracks with a mood similar to that of
the currently selected track.

ALBUM (yellow) button : ALBUM channel
containing tracks by the currently selected
album.
For example, if you press the blue button while
listening to your favorite artist, the unit assembles
all the tracks by that artist and puts them into a
temporary channel that you can listen to.

While playing a channel of the
“SensMe™ Channels” function, press
the ARTIST, YEAR, MOOD, or ALBUM
button on the remote control.
The respective channel appears in the display.

Playback starts.
To return to a normal channel of the
“SensMe™ Channels” function from Music
Surfin’, press  /  or BACK.

Select the track you want to
move, enter the Options menu,
select [Move track], and then
select the destination channel
from the [Destination] pull-
down menu.
Register tracks
to the Favorites
channel
Press FAVORITE while
playing a track of the
“SensMe™ Channels” function.
Hide unnecessary
tracks
Press DELETE on the remote
control while playing the
track you want to hide. To
show hidden tracks again,
enter the Options menu and
select [Hide track] – [Release]
– [Current channel] or [All
channels].
Hide unnecessary
channels
Enter the Options menu, select
[Setting] – [Channel display],
and then uncheck the channels
that you want to hide. To
display hidden channels again,
check the channels by pressing
ENTER.
