To transfer a playlist
Do the procedures of “Transferring audio data
from the HDD Jukebox” (page 62) to transfer a
playlist.
To change the destination for the
FAVORITE button
At the time of purchase, selected tracks are
automatically registered to “Favorites” when
the FAVORITE button is pressed. However, the
registration destination can be changed. To do this,
you must create the destination playlist in advance
(page 89).
Enter the Options menu, select [Setting]
– [FAVORITE], and then select the desired
playlist to be used from the [Destination]
setting.
Note
When you want to listen to tracks using the Favorites
channel in the “SensMe™ Channels” function, you have to
register the tracks to “Favorites”. In this case, make sure
not to change the registration destination.
To register multiple tracks at the
same time
You can register all the tracks in an album or a
group at the same time to a playlist. To register
tracks to a playlist other than “Favorites”, you must
create the playlist in advance (page 89).

While the unit is in the HDD JUKEBOX
function, select the album or the
group you want to register to a
playlist, and then press ENTER.

Enter the Options menu and select
[Edit] – [Add to playlist].
Make sure that all the tracks to be registered
are checked .
If you want to register multiple items, select
and check each one.

Select [Enter].

Select the playlist to which you want
the tracks to be registered.
A confirmation window appears.

Select [Yes].
The selected tracks are registered to the
specified playlist.
Note
Only tracks in the same album or group can be registered
at the same time.
Tip
You can register tracks in the Favorites channel of the
“SensMe™ Channels” function to a playlist. For details,
see page 71.
Searching for tracks, albums,
or artists
To search for artists or albums by
initial letter
You can select the desired artist or album in the
HDD Jukebox from the list sorted by initial letter.

While the unit is in the HDD JUKEBOX
function, press SEARCH on the
remote control.
The initial letter search display for artists
appears.
Each time you press SEARCH, the Initial letter
search function switches between [Artist] and
[Album].

Press  /  to select the initial letter
of the desired artist or album.
You can also enter the initial letter with the
numeric/text buttons on the remote control.
Press the corresponding numeric/text button
(once or repeatedly) to display the desired
letter, and then press ENTER to display the
list.
