2-3-5. CPU-185 Board

1. Open the front panel, pull out the CPU-185 board in the

arrow direction slightly, disconnect the two connectors

(CN604, CN613), and pull out the CPU-185 Board.

Note :

Insert the CPU-185 board first. While lifting

slightly in direction A, as shown in the figure,

connect the two connectors on the CPU-185

and MB-596 boards by pushing forward.

Check to be sure that the connection is firm,

and lock the levers of the CPU-185 board.

Eject Lever

EXTRACTION

INSERTION

Plug-in board Extraction

Pull up the eject levers on the plug-in board in the arrow

direction, pull out the boards from the MB-596 board

connectors

Plug-in Board Insertion

Insert the plug-in board by pushing its eject levers forward,

as shown in the figure. Pull up the eject levers in the arrow

direction to connect firmly the connectors on the plug-in

board and the MB-596 board.

Note :

Check the position of the connector on the

plug-in board first, before inserting the plug-in

board.
