Configuring the Alarm
Specifying the alarm input mode
You can set up a maximum of 256 alarm inputs.

From the main menu, select “ALARM” and then
press the SET key.

Select an alarm. If necessary, press the NEXT or
PREVIOUS key to see other pages.

Use the cursor keys to choose between the options:
OPEN and CLOSE.
Choosing OPEN will trigger the alarm when the
alarm status changes from “open” to “close.”
Choosing CLOSE will trigger the alarm when the
alarm status changes from “close” to “open.”

When you are ready, press the SET key to accept
the changes.

Select “PROGRAM,” and then press the SET key.

RECEIVER
“CONTROLLER” is used to configure the alarm
input on the rear panel of the CSP-5000E System
Controller, and “RECEIVER” is used to confiture
the alarm input on the twisted pair type receiver.

Select an alarm (1 in this example), then press the
SET key. If necessary, press the NEXT or
PREVIOUS key to see other pages.

At the OUT field, enter the number of alarm output
terminal (1 to 32).
At the TIME field, enter the alarm duration (1-120
seconds).
At the MON field, enter the monitor number (1-
32).
At the CAM field, enter the camera number (1 -
128).
At the PRE field, enter the preset position.
You can assign up to four monitors and four
cameras.
Example:

You can assign different cameras to the same
monitor.
Pictures from the different cameras will be
switched with an interval of one second on the
monitor.

When you are ready, press the SET key to accept
the changes.
Configuring the receiver alarm output mode
Up to 128 receivers are supported.
