WIDE SCREEN 16:9/4:3 MODE

, 4:3 Selects the aspect ratio for the video signal output.

, 4:3 Selects the aspect ratio for the viewfinder indication.
/550WSP) AUTO : Automatically selects according to the aspect ratio selected by
16:9/4:3 MODE on the WIDE SCREEN page.
4:3 : Selects 4:3 regardless of the 16:9/4:3 MODE setting.
4:3 SAFETY ON,

Turns on and off the indication of the frame showing the 4:3 area in the
16:9 mode.
16:9 ID ON VF ON,
[OFF]
Turns on and off the 16:9 indication in the 16:9 mode on the viewfinder
screen. (This setting is valid only when the DISP switch is set to on or off.)
16:9 ID ON,
[OFF]
Selects whether the 16:9 indication is displayed on the internal color-bar in
ON BARS the16:9 mode, or not. (This setting is valid only when the DISP switch is
set to on or off.)

: ENC signal is output at TEST OUT connector regardless of ENC/
RGB switch setting.
OFF : A signal selected by ENC/RGB switch is output.
