Ember+ Interface
15. Ember+ Interface
The AVN-TB20AR and AVN-TB20AD have an Ember+ provider interface that
exposes all of the available configura�on op�ons. It also allows the GPIO,
virtual GPIO and the relay to be controlled and monitored by an external
Ember+ consumer.
Connecting to the Ember+ Interface
The Ember+ interface is available on both the Ethernet and AoIP network
connec�ons using port 9000. The structure of the provider tree is similar to
the system menu on the front panel. Each of the configura�on op�ons are
arranged in branches grouped by func�on. Fig 15-1 shows a graphical
representa�on of the root structure.

The configura�on op�ons are presented as either string or integer types.
Where possible, integer type op�ons are enumerated to indicate what each

GPIO
The GPIO branch of the Ember+ provider interface allows monitoring and
control of the GPIO ports and the relay. Fig 15-2 shows the structure of
