Notes:
- Pressing
STOP/ESC
button, when the result is displayed, stops the measurement with the current
result and puts the meter into the readiness mode - the next measurement may be started by press-
ing
START
button.
Pressing
STOP/ESC
button, when horizontal lines are displayed, results in stopping the measure-
ment. Press
START
button to re-start the measurement.
- In order to avoid the consequences of accidental connecting the welding machine plug into a power
socket, the outputs of the welding machine are shorted by 10 k
Ω resistance and this value is negligi-
ble when compared to the typical values of insulation resistance.
4.6 Measurement of substitute leakage current

current is measured at 25 V...50 V voltage and its value is rescaled to the nominal
mains voltage set in menu (see 3.3.7).
