- Es ist wichtig, die Vorgaben bezüglich der Farben der Antriebsdrähte
beim Anschließen des FTS-Steuergeräts einzuhalten.
- Denken Sie daran, die Erdungskabel anzuschließen.
- Der Kabelquerschnitt hängt von der Anzahl und
Leistung der Antriebe sowie dem Abstand zwischen den Antrieben
und
dem Steuergerät ab.
Die dynamische Spannung verhindert ein zu schnelles Abrollen des
Tuchs und der Gurte aufgrund des Gewichts des Ausfallprofils. Bei
einer herkömmlichen Konfiguration (horizontales oder leicht geneigtes
System), ist sie für beide Fahrrichtungen identisch (gleichmäßige
Spannung). Dies entspricht der Werkeinstellung der DIP-Schalter (12):
In einigen Fällen, z. B. bei starker Neigung, ist es möglich, die Stellung der DIP-Schalter (12) zu ändern,
um eine schwache oder ungleichmäßigen dynamische Spannung zu erhalten. Diese Einstellungen
müssen mit dem technischen Kundendienst von Somfy abgesprochen werden.
Die Endspannung wird nach Erreichen der Endlagen oder nach einem Anhalten
des Abrollvorgangs automatisch durch das Steuergeräts hergestellt.
Die Endspannung muss mittels des Potentiometers (14), das über eine Skala von
0 bis 9 verfügt, angepasst werden.
Durch Betätigen des Drucktasters (11) werden die Bremsen beider
Antriebe gleichzeitig bestromt und gelöst.
Hierdurch wird das System entspannt, z. B. um dieses parallel
auszurichten.
Hinweis: Wird der Drucktaster (11) zu lange gedrückt (>1 Minute),
können die Bremsen beschädigt werden.
Die dynamische Spannung muss mittels des Potentiometers (13), das über eine
Skala von 0 bis 9 verfügt, angepasst werden.
• Starten Sie den Abrollvorgang des Tuchs: während des Abrollens wird das Tuch durch
den Tuchantrieb sanft gebremst. Ist die Abrollgeschwindigkeit zu hoch,
kommt es zu einem Durchhängen des Tuchs:
Stellen Sie in diesem Fall das Potentiometer (13) mit Hilfe eines Schlitzschraubendrehers
auf einen höheren Wert, um das Durchhängen des Tuchs zu begrenzen.
• Starten Sie den Abrollvorgang des Tuchs, und halten Sie ihn kurz darauf an:das System
bleibt stehen und spannt das Tuch dann leicht. Führen sie einige Tests durch, bei denen
Sie schrittweise den Potentiometerwert (14) erhöhen, bis die richtige Spannung erreicht ist.
Hinweis: Eine zu hohe Endspannung kann dem Aufbau schaden!
• Starten Sie den Aufrollvorgang des Tuchs: ist die Abrollgeschwindigkeit der Gurte zu hoch
(Durchhängen) oder zu niedrig (hohe Spannung), korrigieren Sie dies durch Verstellen des
Potentiometers (13).
