In this case, regeneration of the particulate filter is urgently needed. This screen appears on
the display even without consulting the “DIESEL REGENERATION” page. In this situation, failure
to carry out regeneration will cause serious problems affecting the engine and which may
compromise its operation; moreover, the engine control unit will activate the set engine
protection functions.
The following is required to carry out regeneration:

Stop the machine on open ground at a safe distance from flammable objects.

Warm up the engine.

Run the engine at minimum.

Engage the parking brake.

Activate the regeneration function by pressing the OK button on the display for 3 seconds when the
REGENERATION screen is open.
After enabling regeneration, the engine automatically increases its speed. During regeneration, it is
prohibited to use the machine. Regeneration takes about 30 minutes and when complete, the engine speed
returns to minimum, light L25 turns off and the machine can be used.
Regeneration can be interrupted if necessary at any time by pressing the OK button again on the display
when the REGENERATION screen is selected. In this case, the request for regeneration will remain active
and the DPF filter will become dirty very quickly (also up to a level that will no longer allow idle
regeneration by the user, and in this case customer service will need to be contacted for support).
Each regeneration slightly dilutes the engine oil with fuel. The quality of the oil is therefore checked. Any
request to replace the oil must therefore be acknowledged.
The engine should not be suddenly shut down after running at full speed; this will compromise the service
life of the turbocharger. Leave the engine running at low speed for about a minute.
Forced regeneration of the particulate filter is possible, even if not requested by the system. To carry out
forced regeneration, hold the OK key pressed for 3 seconds and release it when light L25 on the computer
