Written data is different from read data. Ask for the service
of RAM.
AL21 DC line fuse cut

DC circuit fuse of the communication connector for the
contact input/output is short circuited.
Ask for the service of the fuse of the DC circuit.
Confirm there is no incorrect wiring or load of 500mA or
larger.
