HRGC Series

4.3 Replacement procedure

4-43

Mounting

Mount the 3-way proportional valve assembly. (Fixing screw x 6)

Connect the hoses (3pcs) and tighten the hose bands.

[Key point]

Hose band 4.5Nm

Mount the connector [EV1] (option), put wires into the locking wire saddle, and close the
saddle.

Connect the wires of the temperature sensor.

[Key point]

For the connection of the wires of the temperature sensor, refer to “4.3.1
Replacement of temperature sensor”.

Check the hose is not twisted after connecting.
