When contacting SMC's sales distributor, inform them of serial number
(SERIAL No.) and model number (MODEL No.) of the unit. They are
described on the product label shown below.

Read and undestand this manual carefully before using the unit.

Before starting maintenance of the unit, be sure to lock out and tag out
the breaker of user's power supply.

If operating the unit during maintenance, be sure to inform all workers
nearby.

Use only the correct tools and procedure when installing or maintaning
the unit.
