3.1 Error Display
When any error occurs, the unit responds with the following conditions.
When the [FAULT] LED lights up,
z
the unit stops and the [RUN] LED goes off.
z
the contact for operation signal output is opened.
z
the contact for fault error signal output is opened.
When the [WARN] indicator light turns on,
z
the unit does not stop and continues operation.
z
the contact for alarm signal output is opened.
z
the alarm number, condition of LED and signal output are as shown in
Table 3-1.
